Turning our attention to the often-overlooked compositions of Black composers, we showcase the beautiful first Fantasy of Florence Price, alongside the evocative songs by Rosephanye Powell and Lena McLin and the lush Romantic piano pieces by Nathaniel Dett. Prepare to be surprised by the richness of expression. In the second half, we feature Brahms’ third piano Quartet for an unforgettable experience.
